This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Shearly of Bexley in the County of Kent Widow

I give and bequeath my Book Case in my Parlor to my Grandson Robert Cook

and subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give and bequeath All the Residue of my Personal Estate and Effects to my Son Thomas Shearly

whom I appoint Executor of this my Will Dated this twenty third day of April 1835

Witness Tho Broadley Fooks - Naomi De Rutowsky?

On the 21st June 1837 Admon with the Will annexed of the Goods Chattels and Credits of Elizabeth Shearly late of the Parish of Bexley in the County of Kent Widow deceased was granted to Thomas Broadley Fooks a Creditor of the said Deceased having been first sworn duly to administer.
Thomas Shearly the Son sole Executor and Residuary Legatee named in the said Will having first renounced the Probate & Execution thereof and also the Letters of Admon with the said Will annexed of the Goods of the said Deceased.

Elizabeth Shearly nee Comport, the widow of Thomas Shearley of Bexley, Kent was buried at St Mary Magdalene, Cobham, Kent on 13 July 1836. She, her husband Thomas, daughter Catherine Shearley and brother William Comport (died 1816) are interred in the same grave.
