first I revoke and make all former Wills and Testaments by me made and of this my last Will and Testament do constitute and appoint my Brother Singler Shrubsole of Faversham aforesaid Dredgerman and Richard Lucas of the same town Woollen Draper Executors
Also I give and bequeath unto the said Singler Shrubsole and Richard Lucas their Executors and Administrators all and every my monies Goods & Chattels and Personal Estate and Effects of whatsoever sort or kind subject to the payment of all my debts Funeral Charges the Costs of Proving this my last Will and Testament and other Incidental Expences upon trust to continue the same at Interest upon Security whatever the same may be at the time of my Decease for so long time as they shall think proper or call the same in when they shall chuse to do so and from time to time change and invest the same the same on real Securities or in the Purchase of Parliamentary Stocks or Funds in the names of the said Trustees for the time being
and upon this further trust that they the said Singler Shrubsole and Richard Lucas and the Survivor of them and the Executors and Admors of such Survivor do and shall from time to time receive and take the Yearly Interest Dividends and Profits of the said Trust Monies Personal Estate and Effects and of the Stocks Funds and Securities wherein the same shall happen to be invested and pay and apply the same to and for the maintenance Support Cloathing Education and bringing up of my dear Daughter Sarah Shrubsole until she shall attain the age of twenty five years or shall marry with the consent and approbation of the said Singler Shrubsole and Richard Lucas or the Survivor of them or the Executors and Administrators of such Survivor to be testified in writing under their respective hands which ever shall first happen
and upon this further trust that they the said Singler Shrubsole and Richard Lucas or the Survivor of them or the Executors and Administrators of such Survivor shall as soon as my said Daughter Sarah Shrubsole shall attain her said Age of Twenty five years or shall so marry with such Approbation and testified as aforesaid whichever shall first happen pay assign and transfer the said Trust Monies Personal Estate and Effects Stocks Funds and Securities and all savings that may have been made from the Interest Dividends and Profits thereof unto my said Daughter Sarah Shrubsole to and for her own use and benefit
But in case my said daughter shall depart this Life under the said age of twenty five Years and also without having been married with the approbation of and testified as aforesaid then I give and bequeath the said trust monies Personal Estate of whatsoever sort or kind stocks funds and Securities Savings Interest Dividends and Profits in manner following that is to say
one equal moiety or half part thereof unto John Shrubsole and Sarah
Shrubsole Children of my said Brother Singler Shrubsole their heirs Executors
and Administrators equally to be divided between them share and share alike
and the other equal moiety thereof unto William Sharpe of Canterbury Turner
and Cabinet Maker Son of my late Wife Catherine Sharp�s Sister Sarah Sharpe
his Executors and Administrators
Provided that in case my said Daughter Sarah Shrubsole shall have married in my life time with my consent and approbation then the payment of the said Trust Monies Personal Estate and effects shall be made to her in three Calendar Months next after my Decease
and lastly I declare that it shall be lawful for the said Singler Shrubsole and Richard Lucas and the Survivor of them and the Executors and Admors of such Survivor by and out of the said Trust monies Personal Estate and Effects and the Interest and Dividends thereof to reimburse themselves their reasonable Expences to be incurred in the execution of this my will and the trusts thereof and that they or any of them shall be answerable only for such monies and Effects as shall actually come to their respective hands and not to be liable to make good any loss or Losses that may happen without their wilful Defaults and that the one or the other of them shall not be answerable for the Act or Acts of the other of them but each of them for his and their own separate Acts only

Testament contained in two sheets of Paper and my hand and Seal to the second
and last sheet thereof the Day and Year above written Edward Shrubsole
