Imprimis I give and bequeath all my three Houses or Tenements Backsides and Gardens, a Blacksmiths Forge and Shoemakers Shop and all appurtenances thereunto belonging situate lying and being in the parish of Doddington in the County of Kent aforesaid to my two Sons Richard and William Shurley equally devided share and share alike and to their Heirs for ever
Item I give and bequeath all that Messuage or Tenements and all appurtenances thereunto belonging situate in Hollingbourne Street in the County of Kent holden by lease from Christ Church Canterbury and in my own possession to my Son Law James West and his Heirs for ever
Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Mary Blundell the sum of Ten Pounds of lawfull money of Great Britan
Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Frances Hind the Sum of Ten Pounds
Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Ann Wood the sum of Ten Pounds
Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Martha Hammond the sum of Ten Pounds
Item I give and bequeath to my Grandson Richard Blundell the Sum of Ten Pounds
Item I give and bequeath to my Grandson John Blundell the sum of Ten Pounds
to be paid to my said Grandsons Richard and John Blundell and each of them when they shall come
to the age of Twenty One by my Executers whom I shall hereafter appoint
Item I allso give and bequeath to my Son in Law James West my watch
& one large silver spoon to my Daughter Sarah the wife of James West
Item I allso give and bequeath to my Daughter Mary Blundell one large silver spoon
Item I give and bequeath to my five Daughters Mary Blunden, Frances Hind, Ann Wood, Sarah West and Martha Hammond all my linnen and household goods that I am posest of to be equally devided betwixt them share and share alike
I allso give and bequeath to my two Grandsons Richard and John Blundell all my Wearing Apparell of all sorts
All which Legacies after the payment of my just Debts and Funerall charges to be paid in one
year after my decease or sooner if may be by my Executers
and I nominate and appoint my Sons Richard Shurley, William Shurley and James West my whole and sole Executers Of
this my last Will and Testaments and this I ordain and appoint for my last Will and Testament.
