This is the last Will and Testament of me John Sidery the elder of Green Lane in the Parish of East Greenwich in the County of Kent Bricklayer whereby I dispose of my worldy Estate and Effects as hereafter is mentioned

I give and devise unto my Wife Mary Sidery All that my freehold Estate and Premises with the Appurtenances to the same belonging situate and being in Green Lane in the Parish of East Greenwich aforesaid in the said County of Kent And now in my possession And which I lately bought and purchased of Mrs Mary Copham and all other my real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever situate and being in the County of Kent aforesaid or elsewhere in the Kingdom of Great Britain with their Appurtenances to hold the same respectively And the whole And every part thereof and all my Estate and Interest therein unto and to the use of my said Wife Mary Sidery her heirs and Assigns for ever

And as to all and every my Securities for money book debts household goods and furniture household Stuff Implements of household Plate linen and china And also all and singular other my goods Chattels and Personal Estate and effects debts and credits whatsoever and wheresoever whereof I or any Person or Persons in trust for me or for my use shall or may be possessed of interested in or in any manner intitled unto or which shall be due or owing And belonging to me or my Estate at my death & all my Estate right title term and Interest therein respectively (after and subject to the payment thereout in the first place of all my just debts And funeral expences And the costs and charges of proving this my Will) I give and bequeath the same respectively and the whole and every part thereof unto my said Wife Mary Sidery her Executors Admors and Assigns according to the respective natures thereof to and for her and their own absolute use and benefit for ever

And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife Mary Sidery sole Executrix of this my will
And I do hereby revoke Annul and make void all former wills and Testamentary dispositions by me made and do publish and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament

In Testimony whereof I the said John Sidery have to this my last Will and Testament contained in One sheet of Paper set my hand & Seal this fourteenth day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifteen John Sidery
