Imprimis I give and bequeath to my Son John Sidgier the Sum of one Hundred Pounds of lawful Money to be paid to him as follows that is to Say Fifty Pounds to be Paid to him within one Year next after my Decease and the other Fifty Pounds to be Paid to him within Two Years next after my Decease by my Executor
Item I give and bequeath to my Son Richard Sidgier the Sum of Ten Pounds of like Lawful Money
Item I give and bequeath to my Son Francis Sidgier the Sum of Twenty Pounds of like lawful Money
Item I give and bequeath to my Son in Law Patrick Guy the Sum of ?
Item I give and bequeath to my Son Joseph Sidgier the Sum of forty Pounds of like lawful Money
Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Deborah the Sum of Fifty Pounds of like lawful Money
and it is my Will that the said Legacys shall be Paid by my Executor within one Year next
after my decease
Lastly all the residue of my ready Money Securitys for Money
Linnen Household Goods and all and every other my Personal Estate of what
nature or kind soever my Just Debts Legacys and Funeral Expences being First
Duly Paid and discharged I give and bequeath to my Son James Sidgier and I do
hereby nominate and Appoint him the said James Sidgier full and sole Executor
of this my last Will hereby revoking all former Wills I declare this Present Writing
in this one Sheet of Paper contained to be my last Will and Testament In Witness
whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the Day and Year first above
