In the name of God Amen the twenty first day of October in ye thirteenth yeare of the Reigne of our Soveraigne Lord Charles the second by the grace of God King of England Scotland France & Ireland defender of the faith &c.
I Constantine Sills of Badlesmire in the County of Kent Blacksmyth, being sick & weake but of perfect memory thanks be to God doe make this my last Will & Testament in forme following
First I commend my soul into the hands of the blessed Trinity the Father Son & Holy Ghost.
My body I committ to the earth to be buryed in the Parish Church yard of Badlesmire.
And touching my worldly estate which God hath given mee I dispose in manner & forme following.

First I give unto my deare & loving wife Rabidge Sills, whom I make & ordaine Sole Executrix of this my last will, all my personall estate, towards the payment of my debts & the education of my children

Alsoe I give unto her during her naturall life, my now dwelling house & the land thereunto belonging, commonly called & known by the name of Hunt Land which I desire she should keep in sufficient repaire

& after her decease my will is that the same house & Lands should be equally divided amongst six of my children viz: Thomas Sills, Constantine, George, William, Henry & Katherine and to their lawfull Heires for ever.

Item I give unto my eldest Son John Sills my house & Forge adjoining to the Greene comonly called Badlesmire Leese, with ye land thereunto belonging, together with two other peices of Land commonly known by ye names of Great Notts & Little Notts, in the parrish of Leavland, provided that he pay unto his mother my Executrix the full summe of twenty five pounds of good & lawfull mony of England within the space of three Moneths after my decease.

In witness whereof I the said Constantine Sills have hereunto sett my hand and seale the day & yeare above written
