Imprimis I give and bequeath to my elder daughter Anne two fifth parts of all my moveable Goods &
Chattels that shall remain over and above when my debts & funeral expences are discharged;
and if they must be sold to pay debts, then two fifth parts of the money that shall remain when such
debts are discharged to be paid her at the age of seventeen yeares.
Item i give to my younger daughter Mary three fifth parts of all my moveable Goods & Chattels that remain over and above when my debts & funerall expences are discharged, & if they must be sold to pay debts, then three fifth parts of the money that shall remain when such debts are discharged, which I desire my Executors her after named to bestow (if need require) in the maintainance and education of my said younger daughter Mary being yet but young, & if any thing shall remain over and above, to be paid her at the age of seventeen yeares.
Item I do make my loving brother John Sills of the parish of Batimore [Badlesmere] in the County of Kent & Thomas Raynor of the parish of Hothfield aforesaid Executors of this my last Will & Testament, revoking all other Wills by me heretofore made.
