In the name of God Amen, the three and twentieth day of February in the yeare of the Reign of our Soveraigne Lord James the second by the grace of God of England Scotland France & Ireland King Defender of the faith &c. the first Anno Dm 1684
I Constantine Sills of the parish of Hothfield in the County of Kent being sick of body, but in sound & disposing memory praised be God for the same, do make this my last Will and Testament in manner & form following: that is to say:
First & principally I resigne me soule into the mercyfull hands of Almighty God my Creator, assuredly hoping through the merits of my blessed Saviour to obtein remission of all my sinnes; and my body I commit to the earth whence it was taken to be decently buried by the discretion of my Executors herin after named; and as for the worldly Goods the Lord hath lent me I dispose of them as followeth.

Imprimis I give and bequeath to my elder daughter Anne two fifth parts of all my moveable Goods & Chattels that shall remain over and above when my debts & funeral expences are discharged;
and if they must be sold to pay debts, then two fifth parts of the money that shall remain when such debts are discharged to be paid her at the age of seventeen yeares.

Item i give to my younger daughter Mary three fifth parts of all my moveable Goods & Chattels that remain over and above when my debts & funerall expences are discharged, & if they must be sold to pay debts, then three fifth parts of the money that shall remain when such debts are discharged, which I desire my Executors her after named to bestow (if need require) in the maintainance and education of my said younger daughter Mary being yet but young, & if any thing shall remain over and above, to be paid her at the age of seventeen yeares.

Item I do make my loving brother John Sills of the parish of Batimore [Badlesmere] in the County of Kent & Thomas Raynor of the parish of Hothfield aforesaid Executors of this my last Will & Testament, revoking all other Wills by me heretofore made.

In witnesse whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seale the day & yeare first above written.
