In the Name of God Amen I William Sills of the Towne & Liberty of Faversham in the County of Kent Millwright being sick and weak in Body but of Sound and perfect mind and memory (praised be Almighty God therefore) Doe make and declare this my last will and Testament in manner following
First I recommend my Soul to God and my body to the Earth to be interred in Christian Buriall at the discretion of my Executor herein after named
And as for my worldly Estate I give and dispose thereof as followeth (that is to say)

Item I give devise and bequeath unto my son John Sills All that my messuage or tenement backside garden and hereditaments whatsoever thereunto belonging Scituate lyeing & being in the Towne and Liberty of Faversham afores�d in a street there called Tannery Street and now in my own Occupation To have and to hold the same and every part thereof unto my said son John Sills and his assignes for and dureing the terme of his naturall Life
And from and after his decease I give devise and bequeath the said messuage or Tenement backside garden and appurtenances unto my Grandaughter Elizabeth Browne and to her heires and assignes forever.

Item Whereas I have now a mortgage from John Claggett of Badlesmere in the s�d county Carpenter of and upon a certain messuage or Tenem�t Barne Stable garden orchard and two peeces of Land containing by Estimation six acres (more or less) Scituate and being in Baddlesmere afors�d & now in the occupation of the said John Claggett or his assignes for a long terme of yeares yet to come Redeemable by payment of the sume of One hundred pounds and Interest (as by the Deed of mortgage relation being thereto had may appeare)
Now I doe hereby give fifty pounds part of the said sume of One hundred pounds unto my Daughter Mary Browne wife of George Browne of Faversham afores�d Coachman
And the Interest of the other Remaining Fifty pounds I give and bequeath to my s�d son John Sills for his life to be paid to him by my Executor by weekly payments once in every week weekly as the same shall amount by just and Equall proportion
And after his decease I also give and bequeath the said remaining fifty pounds unto my s�d daughter Mary Browne

All the rest of my Effects and personall estate I give and bequeath unto my son in Law the s�d George Browne
And I doe hereby make nominate & appoint him the sd George Browne Sole Executor of this my last will and Testament hereby makeing void all former Wills

In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale this Nineteenth Day of November Anno Dm 1719 and in the sixth yeare of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord King George over Great Britain &c.
