First I will that my debts & funeral Expences shall be paid and discharged by my Executrix hereafter named
Item I give and devise all that my Messuage or tenement with the appurtenances thereunto belonging together with seven acres of Land thereunto belonging which said Messuage or tenement lands & premises are situate lying and being in Frittenden in the said County of Kent and now in the occupation of Widow Clapson or her assignes unto my Executor hereafter named In trust and to and for the only use and behoofe of Mary my present wife during her natural life
And after her decease Then I give and devise the said Messuage or Tenement together with the said seven acres of Land with the appurtenances thereunto belonging as aforesaid unto my Eldest Son John Sills and to his heirs & assigns forever
And all the rest and Residue of my goods and chattels Farms and Leases whatsoever I do give and bequeath unto Mary my beloved wife to dispose of as she thinks fiting at her decease whom I make my full and sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament
And I hereby revoke disanull and make void all former wills & testaments by me heretofore made declaring this to be my last Will and Testament desiring my Executor to be very careful to see my children brought up and educated according to the Intent of this my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof the said Cornelius Sills to this my Last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this
Fourteenth day of February in the year of our Lord God One Thousand Seven hundred Twenty Six/
