In the Name of God Amen. I Richard Sills of Westwell in the County of Kent, labourer, being sick in Body but by ye blessing of God sound in mind & of perfect senses do make this my last Will & Testament in manner & form following
Imprimis I resign my Soul into ye hands of God in hopes of mercy through the alone merits of my blessed Saviour Jesus Christ: My Body to be decently buried according to ye discretion of my Executrix herein after mentioned.

Item I give & bequeath to my Neices Elizabeth Foster & Sarah Morgan each of them ye sum of twenty shillings, to be payd them w�thin one year after my decease.

Item I give to my beloved Wife Elizabeth Sills my two Tenem�ts w�th ye land to them belonging, lying at ye Leacon in ye said Westwell, for & during ye term of her naturall life;
& after her decease to Richard & Peter Johnson my nephews, jointly for them & their Heirs for ever.

Item I give to my beloved wife ye said Elizabeth Sills the house wherein I now dwell, lying in Westwell aforesaid with ye land there to belonging, & all ye moveables in it together with all my Goods & Chattles Bonds Bills &c. w�tever to be by her injoyed & disposed of as she shall think fit (w�thout excepting any person or persons but Mary Goldfinch, who having behaved her self undutyfully towards me, notw�thstanding my great & fatherly kindness to her, I think deserves to possess nothing of w�t was mine)

Item I make & constitute my said beloved wife Elizabeth Sills sole Executrix to this my Will.
In Witness whereof, revoking all other wills w�t soever, I have here set my hand & seal this nineteenth day of Aug�t 1723.
