This is the Last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Skeggs of Chislehurst in the County of Kent (Widow)

I nominate and appoint Mr Lionel Cottingham Surgeon of St Pauls Cray my sole Executor

and I give and bequeath to my dear daughter Mrs Elizabeth Cottingham and to her her heirs and Assigns forever the whole of my property consisting principally of rents and dividends arising from houses lands and funded property held In trust

In Witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Skeggs to this my last Will and testament set my hand and seal this 30th day of November in the year of our Lord 1827 Elizabeth Skeggs
