This is the last Will and Testament of me John Sladden some time of the Parish of Eastry in the County of Kent since of the City of Canterbury but now of the Parish of Ash next Sandwich in the said County of Kent Gentleman

First I give and devise All and singular my Messuages Farms Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Real Estates and parts and shares of Messuages Farms Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Real Estates whatsoever and wheresoever either in possession reversion remainder of expectancy unto my Son Isaac Sladden his Heirs and Assigns To and for the only proper use and behoof of him my said Son Isaac Sladden and of his heirs and assigns for ever

Also I give and bequeath all my ready money securities for money money due to me on Mortgages Bonds Bills Notes or otherwise Monies in the Public Stocks or Funds and all other my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever subject to and after the payment of all my just debts funeral testamentary and other incidental charges unto my said Son Isaac Sladden his Executors Administrators and Assigns

And lastly I do hereby revoke and make void all former Wills and Testamentary papers by me made and do publish and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament of which I constitute and appoint my said Son Isaac Sladden sole Executor

In Witness whereof I the said John Sladden the Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal the fourteenth day of October in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty five

Signed sealed published and declared by the said John Sladden the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses
