I give devise and bequeath all my real and Personal Estate whatsoever & wheresoever to which I
may have any disposing power unto The Reverend William Maundy Harvey my Brother in law and
St. Barbe Sladen my Brother their heirs executors administrators and assigns according to the nature
and quality thereof Upon trust to sell & convert the same at such time or times and in such manner
as they in their discretion may think expedient
and to pay and apply the proceeds of such sale or the income thereof and of my estate and effects until such sale or conversion for the
benefit and maintenance of my dear Wife Elizabeth Sladen and my dear Children Joseph and Sarah Elizabeth in such
manner and in such shares and proportions as they my said Trustees shall think proper
And I hereby appoint my said Trustees Guardians of my said Children and Executors of this my Will

Proved at London 22nd December 1847 before Judge by the Oath of the Reverend William Maundy Harvey, Clerk [born 1774, Eythorn, Kent] and St. Barbe Sladen the Brother the Executors to whom Admon. [Administration] was granted having been first sworn (to wit) the said Reverend William Maudy Harvey by Common and the said St. Barbe Sladen before the Worshipful James Parker Deane? Doctor of Laws and Surrogate duly to administer.
