First I direct the payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences by my executors hereinafter named out of my personal estate
I give and bequeath unto my Niece Emma the Wife of Charles Hatfield Esquire of Hartsdown near Margate in the said County the sum of five hundred pounds to be also paid out of my said personal estate
I give devise and bequeath all and singular my messuages lands tenements and hereditaments
whatsoever and wheresoever with their appurtenances and all the residue of my personal estate and
effects unto my two Nephews Isaac Sladden the younger of Selson in the Parish of Eastry in the said
County Yeoman and John Sladden of the Parish of Ash aforesaid Surgeon to be equally divided
between them and their respective heirs executors and assigns as Tenants in common
Subject nevertheless to the payment out of my said residuary personal estate of the sum of two hundred and
fifty pounds which I hereby give to my Niece Elizabeth Sladden the daughter of my brother Isaac
Sladden the Elder of Selson aforesaid when she shall attain the age of Twenty one years with the
interest and accumulations thereon in the mean time
And I direct that the said last mentioned Legacy shall not vest in or be paid to her unless she shall attain the said age And in case the said Elizabeth Sladden shall die under the age of Twenty one years I direct that the said last mentioned Legacy and the interest and accumulations to arise by the investment thereof shall be divided between my said Residuary Legatees the said Isaac Sladden the younger and John Sladden and their respective executors administrators and assigns
And I do hereby devise all such messuages lands tenements and hereditaments as are vested solely in me upon any trust or by way of mortgage in respect of which the equity of resumption shall be subsisting at the time of my decease with their respective rights members and appurtenances unto the said Isaac Sladden the younger and John Sladden their heirs executor administrators and assigns according to the nature and quality thereof respectively
Upon Trust to hold or dispose of the same trust estates in the manner in which they ought to be held and disposed of pursuant to the Trusts thereof and upon payment of the money secured on mortgage to convey or assign the estates in mortgage to the person or persons entitled thereto for the time being But I direct that the money secured by such mortgages shall be considered as part of my personal estate
And I declare that it shall and may be lawful for the said Isaac Sladden the younger and John Sladden or the survivor of them or the heirs executors administrators or assigns of such survivor to sign and give any receipt or receipts in writing for any sum or sums of money which shall be payable to them or him under the Trusts of this my will
And I hereby nominate and appoint the said Isaac Sladden the younger and John Sladden the Executors of this my Will
And Lastly I do revoke all former wills by me made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament

this my last Will and Testament contained in two sheets of paper annexed together set my hand to
each sheet thereof this third day of May in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty
