In the Name of God Amen I Mary Slater of Margate in the parish of Saint John the Baptist in the Isle of Thanet in the County of Kent Spinster being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding Do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say

First I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary charges shall be fully paid and discharged by my Executors hereinafter named out of my personal Estate

And I give and bequeath all my household goods and furniture Linen and Wearing Apparel unto my niece Sophia Jarvis for her own use and benefit
And I give and bequeath unto my nephews Edward Slater and William Slater equally between them the share of One hundred pounds which I now hold in the Joint Stock Company of Margate Pier and Harbour
And I give and bequeath the sum of three hundred pounds to my niece Francis Nind Wife of Benjamin Nind

And as to all the residue of my monies Securities and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath one moiety or half part thereof unto my niece Francis Denne (Wife of Thomas Denne Esquire) to and for her own use and benefit
And I give and bequeath the other half part or moiety of the residue of my personal Estate unto my niece Sophia Jarvis to and for her own use and benefit

And as to all my messuages lands Tenements and Hereditaments parts or shares of Hereditaments and all other my real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever with the Appurtenances I give and devise the same and every part thereof unto and to the use of my said nephews Edward Slater and William Slater and my said niece Frances Denne their heirs and Assigns for ever equally to be divided between them share and share alike

But I do subject and charge all my said real estate with the Payment within six months next after my decease of a legacy or sum of Fifty pounds to my nephew John Slater Esquire and a legacy or sum of One hundred pounds to my nephew John Jarvis which two several legacies I do hereby give and bequeath unto the said John Slater and John Jarvis respectively

And I nominate and appoint my said Nephews Edward Slater and William Slater Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made I do publish and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Mary Slater have set my hand and seal this twenty third day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and twenty five Mary Slater
