Item I will give and bequeath unto John Sloman my Kinsman sonne of George Sloman my brother my best silver bowle to bee delivered unto him by
my said Executors ymediatly after my decease
Item I will give and bequeath unto John Sloman sonne of John Sloman of Canterbury one great joyned Carved Chest to bee delivered unto him
or his Father w[i]thin one yeare next after my decease by my Executors
Item I will give and bequeath unto George Sloman my Kinsman sonne of George Sloman one Plague Chest and one greate Chayre and my best Cloke
and all such debts as hee oweth unto mee, the foresayd Goodes to bee delivered unto him by my Executors whin thee monthes next after my decease
Item I will give and bequeath unto the Children now liveing of Thomas Sweyer? and Elizabeth his wyfe of Echingham Tenn Poundes to bee equally
devided betwixt them wthin six monthes next after my decease by my Executors
Item I will give and bequeath unto Katherine Piper wyfe of Thomas Piper of Warhorne twenty shillinges to bee payd unto her by my Executors
wthin sixe monthes next after my decease
Item I will give and bequeath unto Agnis Sloman of Hawkhurst, Spinster daughter of Thomas Sloman Fourtene poundes to be delyvered unto her
by my Executors wthin Six Monthes next after my decease
Item I will, give and bequeath unto George Sloman sonne of Thomas Sloman deceased my brother All that my landes and Barne thereunto
belonginge lying in Sandhurst in the County of Kent afforesayd and uppon the Denn of Plashehead? to him and is heires for ever now in the Tenure
and occupacion of the sayd George Sloman and Dina his mother
And my mind and will is that Dina Sloman, Mother of the sayd George Sloman shall take and receive all the Rents and proffits of the sayd barne and
Landes untill George Sloman her sonne shall accomplish his full Age of Fowre and Twenty Yeares duringe all which time Dina his Mother
shall give and allowe unto George her sonne all thinges fitt and convenient for his maintenance
Item I will and bequeath unto Elizabeth and John Sloman Children of John Sloman of Hall Inn'r in Hawkhurst tenn Poundes a peece to bee payd
unto them by my Executors wthin one yeare after my decease
Item I will, give and bequeath unto every one of the Children of Mercy Springatt, Widdowe of Robt. Springat of Hawkhurst deceased Twenty
shillinges a peece to be payd unto them or unto Mercy Springat, mother of the sayd Children for their uses wthin three
monthes next after my decease by my Executors
Item I will and bequeath unto John Springat and George Springat sonnes of Christopher Springat late of Sandhurst deceased Foure Poundes a peece to bee payd unto them by my Executors att their severall Ages of one and Twenty yeares And my mind and will ys my Executors shall pay unto them yearly twelve pence the Pound for every Pound untill they shall accomplish their full Ages of one and Twenty Yeares as afforesayd

but my mind and will ys that Elizabeth my wyfe shall have the use of the aforesayd Goodes during her naturall lyfe
Item I will and bequeath unto Elizabeth my wyfe All the residue of my howshould stuffe whatsoever All bedding both woollen and Linnen All brasse Pewter and Iron stuffe Bedsteddles and all other wooden howshould stuffe All other my ymplements belonginge unto howskeepinge all my bookes All my Provision for howskeepinge both wthin doores and wthowt as where be Mault, Bacon, butter, Cheese all my wood for Fyringe (allsoe all my wearinge Apparell both lynnen and wollen, desiring her to give and bestowe ytt uppon such of my poore kinsfolkes as shee shall thinke fitt)
Item I will and bequeath unto Elizabeth Cooper daughter of Randolph Cooper of Tishurst tenn shillinges to bee payd unto her by my Executors wthin six dayes next after my decease
All the Residue of my goodes, Chattelles, ready money and Specialtyes whatsoever, my debts and
legacyes beinge first payd (my Funerall chardges dischardged) I give and bequeath unto John
Sloman of Hall sonne of Thomas Sloman, whome I make and ordaine my sole Executor of this my present Last will and Testament
and I desire John Alphe my brother in Lawe and Nathaniell Leader to bee Overseers unto this my last will and Testament and doe give unto
them tenn shillinges a peece for their vigore to bee payd unto them by my Executor
