First I give and bequeath the Sum of Thirty Pounds (part of One hundred and fifty Pounds three per Cent Bank Annuities now standing in the Name of my late Husband William Small deceased unto my Sister in Law Susanna Witherden of Ramsgate aforesaid Widow and to her Executors Administrators and Assigns
Also I give to my Nephew Edward Rutter of Dover Cabinet Maker the Sum of twenty Pounds (one other part of the said Annuities) and to his Executors Administrators and Assigns
Also I give unto my two Nieces Mary Sampson Hobbs Widow and Susanna Rutter (Children of my late Sister Mary Rutter deceased) the Sum of Fifty Pounds (one other part of the said Annuities) equally to be divided between them and to their respective Executors Administrators and Assigns
Also I give unto my Niece Mary Gouger (Wife of John Gouger of Ramsgate aforesaid Gentleman) the Sum of twenty Pounds (one other part of the said Annuities) and to her Executors Administrators and Assigns
Also I give the Sum of Twenty Pounds (one other part of the said Annuities) unto my Nephew and Niece Francis Friend and Sarah Friend (Children of my late Sister in Law Sarah Friend deceased) equally to be divided between them and to their respective Executors Administrators and Assigns
Also I give the remaining Ten Pounds (one other part of the said Annuities) unto my Nephew John Sampson (Son of my Niece Elizabeth Sampson of Ramsgate aforesaid Widow) and to his Executors Administrators and Assigns
Also I give unto my Niece Elizabeth Sampson who now lives with me my small Walnut Chest of
Drawers now standing in the Bed Chamber wherein I now lie
Also I give my Wearing Apparel of all sorts consisting of Linen Woollen and Silks unto my said Niece Elizabeth Sampson
Widow and to her Executors Administrators and Assigns together with my Clock
As to all the rest and residue of my Goods Chattels Household Furniture Household Linnen and Woollen Plate China Sum and Sums of Money in the public Stocks or Funds Mortgages Bonds Securities and all other my Personal Estate whatsoever I give the same and every part thereof (after my Debts Funeral Expences and charge of proving this my Will are first paid and discharged) unto my said Niece Elizabeth Sampson Widow and my Nephew Francis Small (Son of my late Brother in Law Francis Small deceased) equally to be divided between them share and share alike and to their respective Executors Administrators and Assigns
And I do appoint the said Elizabeth Sampson Widow and the said Francis Small joint Executors of this my Will
