I give and bequeath unto my loving Brother Thomas Small Blacksmith of Greenstreet Green in the parish of Darenth the one half of my Estate now situate & being in the Parishes of Darenth and Stone during his natural life he paying one half of all king�s taxes and Parochial rates
and the other half of my Estate lying as aforesaid I give and bequeath unto my loving Sister Mary the Wife of David Round of Eynsford Mealman she paying one half of all king�s Taxes and Parochial rates
but after the death of my loving Brother Thomas Small his half part of the Estate shall be equally divided among my Sister Mary�s Children that shall then be living at the time of decease that is to say share and share alike
and lastly I do make constitute and appoint Thomas Small of Darenth and David Round of Eynsford to be my sole Exors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former & other Wills by me at any time heretofore made do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Small the Testatrix have to this my last will and Testament set my hand and Seal this
twenty seventh day of October in the forty eighth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third and in the Year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eight The mark of X Elizabeth Small
Proved at London 15 August 1809 to David Round power reserved to other Executor
