This is the Last Will and Testament of me Edward Solley of the parishe of Wingham beeing sicke in bodie but well in mynde (thanckes bee unto God) made the Tenth day of August 1624
First I bequethe my Soule unto Allmightie God that gave it and my bodie to (be) buried in the Church Yeard of Wingham

Item I will that my Wiffe Sisly shall have her dwelling in my house att Staple soe long as her naturall life shall last
And after her decease I give it to my daughter Anne and to her heires for ever

Item I will and bequeathe all my movable goodes to Sisly my wife and to Anne my daughter to be equally devided betweene them payinge my debts and legacies

Item I will that Sisly my wiffe shall bee my executor
