after all my just debts are discharged I the aforesaid Michael Solly do give and bequeath to my lawful wife Mary Solly, daughter of Solomon and Elizabeth Bradley late of Ash in the same County all my real and personal Estates and all my property of every description or kind whatsoever may belong to me at my decease to my said Wife Mary Solly or to whom she may please to appoint for her whole and free use for her benefit
And as a faithfull Wife to me I do hereby appoint her sole Executrix to this my said Will and Testament trusting to herself to do and act the upright part
to which in the presence of the undersigned I subscribe my name with a free hand and good will this day at Margate October the sixth in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty five

Proved at London 31st October 1829 before the Judge by the Oath of Mary Solly Widow the Relict the sole Executrix to whom Admon. [Administration] was granted being first sworn by Comon [Commission] duly to Admr. Exd.
Notes:
Michael Solly was buried at St. Nicholas, Ash-next-Sandwich, on 24th January 1828, aged 55.
Michael Solly married Mary Bradley at St. John the Baptist, Margate, Kent by Licence on 14th September 1809.
Both were “of this parish”. Witnesses were: Jno. Dixon and Richd. Mummery.
