Item I give & bequeath unto Mary my Daughter the wife of William Simons the full Summ of forty pounds of lawfull English money being the Residue of her portion haveing received forty pounds before to be paid unto her by my Executor hereafter named within one yeare after my decease, Also I give unto her my aforesaid daughter Mary a feather Bed & bolster with Curtaines and Two blanketts & matt and stedle standing in my Hall Chamber
Item I give and Bequeath unto William Simons my Grandsonne the Summ of Twenty
pounds of lawfull English money part whereof was willed to him by his uncle Edward
Also I give unto him my aforesaid Grandsonn a Chest standing in my parlour Chamber at
the beds foot with all that which is in it to be paid and delivered to him by my Executor
hereafter named at his age of one and Twenty yeares, But if the said William Simons
shall happen to dye before he shall attaine to the said age, Then I will That the said
Twenty pounds shall be equally divided Betweene the other fower of the eldest of my
daughter Simons her Children
Item I give unto Absolom Solman my son in law the Summ of five shillings of lawfull
english money to be paid to him by my Executor within one month after my decease
Item I give unto Sarah Bayward my daughter in law the Summ of five shillinges of
lawfull English money to be paid unto her by mine Executor within one month after my decease
Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Jane the wife of John Kipping the Sum of five
shillings of like lawfull English money haveing received her portion in money and Goods
before, to be paid unto her by mine Executor within one month after my decease,
Item I do make and Ordaine Henry Solman my Son the full & sole Executor of this my
present Testament & last will And for & Towards the payement of all my debts &
Legacyes & funerall expences & Charges in probation hereof;
All the Residue of my
goods housholdstuff Corne Cattell personall estate & Chattels whatsoever I will give &
Bequeath & leave unto the aforesaid Henry my Son and sole Executor
In wittness whereof I the said Anne Solman, (Revokeing all former wills by me made)
Have to this my present Testament & last will being written on one sheet of paper Sett my
Hand & Seale this Eighteenth day of September In the yeare of our Lord God One
