I give unto Esau Symons and John Symons the two eldest Sonns of William Symons
of East Peckham the Summe of Twenty pounds a peice of lawfull money of England
to be paid unto them severally within one year next after my decease by my
Executors
Item I give unto Ann Symons daughter of the said William Symons the
Summe of Forty pounds of lawfull money of England to be paid within one year next
after my decease by my Executors
Item I give unto Henry Symons the youngest
sonn of the said William Symons the like Summe of Forty pounds of lawfull
English money to be paid within one year next after my decease by my Executor
Item I give unto George Solman Sonn of Absalom Solman my Brother the Summe of
One Hundred and Fifty pounds of lawfull money of England And it is my Will that
Fifty pounds of the said Hundred and Fifty shall be disposed of and laid out on
the said George Soman for Cloathing and Education before he comes of age and
the Hundred pounds the remaining part of his Portion to be paid when he shall
attain to the age of One and Twenty years by my Executors
Item I give unto Jane
Soman the daughter of my Brother aforesaid the Summe of five Shillings of
lawfull English money to be paid when she shall attain to the age of One and
Twenty years by my Executors
Item I give unto John Kipping Sonn of John Kipping
of East Peckham yeoman the Summe of five Shillings of lawfull money of England
to be paid within one year next after my decease by my Executors
Item I give unto William Symons my Servant the Summe of Twenty Shillings of lawfull money
of England to be paid within one year next after my decease by my Executor
Item I give unto Sara Barefoot my Kinswoman the Summe of five Shillings of lawfull
English money to be paid within one year next after my decease by my Executors
Item I give unto Iden Henham senior the Summe of five Shillings of lawfull
money of England to be paid unto him within one year next after my decease by
my Executors
Item I give unto Mary Waggon my Kinswoman the Summe of five pounds
of lawfull money of England to be paid unto her within one year next after my
decease by my Executors
Item I will devise and give unto Mary Solman my wellbeloved
Wife all that my Messuage or Tenement with two peices or parcells of Land
(containing one acre or thereabouts) with the appurtenances thereunto belonging
lying and being in the parish of Yalding near Lattinffourd now in the
occupation of John Perren or his Assigns To Hold the same to the said Mary
Solman She keeping it in good repaire during her naturall life
And after her decease To George Solman aforementioned and To the Heirs of the body of the
said George Solman lawfully to be begotten And for want of such Issue to the
Heirs of William Symons aforesaid and To theire Heirs and Assigns for ever to
be equally divided amongst them before named and To no other use Interest or
purpose whatsoever namely Esau Anne John Absalom and Henry all before mentioned
Item I make constitute and ordain the said Mary Solman and Absalom Symons joynt
Executors of this my Testament and last Will And for and towards the payment of
my debts and Legacies Funerall charges and charges in Probation of this my
Testament and last Will
I will give and leave to the said Mary Solman and
Absalom Symons my Executrix and Executors all my goods Householdstuffe Corne
Cattle personall Estate and Chattels whatsoever not formerly disposed of
In Witness whereof I the said Henry Solman Revoking all former Will by me made To
this my Testament and last Will have sett my hand and seale the Eleventh day of
January in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Six./. Signed

by the said Henry Solman to be his Testament and last Will in the presence of
us who in his presence did set our hands
