first I give devise and bequeath unto my dearly beloved Wife Mary Spain all my ready money Interest for money Bonds or Securities for money Goods Chattels wearing apparel Estate and Effects of what nature or kind and wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my Death to be by her freely possessed and enjoyed during the term of her natural life
and after her decease I do give devise and bequeath all my aforesaid ready money Interest for money Bonds or Securities for money Goods Chattels wearing apparel Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever the same may be at her death unto my well beloved sons Henry Spain and John Spain to be equally divided between them share and share alike for their sole use and benefit they first duly paying and discharging her just Debts and Funeral Expences
and lastly I do nominate constitute and appoint my said beloved Sons Henry Spain and John Spain to be joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby utterly disavow revoke and disannul all and every other former Wills and Testaments Legacies and Executors by me in Any Wise before named Willed and bequeathed ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twentieth day of February in the year of our Lord one
