First I bequeith my soule to almyghty God And to our blessyd ladye Saynt Marye And to all the holye co[m]pany ] of hevyn And my bodye to be buryed yn the chircheyard at Saynt Johns at the north syde

This is the last will of me John Spracklyn the day & yere abovewryten of & uppon all my lands and tenements lyeng yn the p[ar]yshe of Saynt Petres

First I will that my Feoffs Thomas Pyers and xpofer Hunt do sell all my lands & tenements to theym that will gyve most for it And the money comying thereof I will that they pay my detts and my bequests
And any money be lefte when my detts and my bequests be paide, Then I will that my executors shall devyde it yn evyn portions betwene my brothers & sisters that have non afore willed theym
