This is the last Will and Testament of me Samuel Dines Spurrier of Woolwich in the County of Kent Waterman as follows

first I desire that all my just debts Funeral Expences and the charges of proving this my Will be fully paid and satisfied by my Executrix hereinafter named

I give and bequeath unto my Granddaughter Mary Augusta Vallance all my ready monies and Securities for money in the Public Funds Household Goods and Furniture Plate Linen and China Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever belonging unto me or whereunto I may be in anywise intitled in Possession reversion remainder or expectancy at the time of my decease to hold the same and every part thereof unto my said Granddaughter Mary Augusta Vallance her Executors Administrators and Assigns to and for her own proper use and benefit absolutely

and lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Granddaughter Mary Augusta Vallance sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills by me heretofore made I declare this only to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Samuel Dines Spurrier the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament contained in one sheet of paper set my Hand and Seal this twenty first day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nineteen _ Samuel Dines Spurrier
