In the Name of God Amen I Richard Staines of Shottendane in the Parish of Saint John the Baptist in the Isle of Thanet in the County of Kent Gentleman being of sound mind memory and understanding do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following

I give and bequeath my Gold Watch and all the Trinkets thereto belonging a red Agate Snuff box and all my Rings and other Trinkets and also all my Wearing apparel and Body Linen unto my youngest Son Richard Staines of Stratford in the County of Essex Surgeon

and all the Rest of my Estate and Effects both Real and Personal of whatever nature and description the same may be and wheresoever situate I give devise and bequeath unto my two Sons The Revd William Talbot Staines Clerk and the said Richard Staines equally to be divided between them and their respective heirs Executors admors and assigns for ever according to the nature of such Estate and Effects to take as tenants in common and not as joint tenants

and I do nominate and appoint my said two Sons Executors to this my Will
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 27th day of June 1817 Richard Staibes
