Witness Henry Humphreys - John Calldey - James Fullicks.
On the seventh day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand seven
hundred and fifty two
Administration [ with the Will annexed ] of the Goods Chattels and Credits
of Henry Stanley late of East Greenwich in the County of Kent deceased was
granted to Ann Stanley Widow the Relict of the said deceased and Universal
Legatee named in the said Will [for that no Executor is named therein]
having been first sworn to duly administer.
Note in manuscript at top of page 193:
On 15th April 1760 Admin with the Will annexed
Of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of Henry Stanley late of
East Greenwich in the County of Kent deceased left unadministered by Ann
Stanley Widow deceased [whilst living] and at the time of her death the
Relict and Universal Legatee named in the said Will was granted to
Elizabeth Sparrow? Spinster sole Executrix of the Will of the said Ann
Stanley deceased first sworn duly to administer for that no Executor is
named in the Will of the said Henry Stanley deceased
