This is the last Will and Testament of me William Standen of Goudhurst in the County of Kent Yeoman

I give and bequeath the following legacies
To my son Stephen four pounds
To my daughter Elizabeth Baker four pounds
To my daughter Elizabeth Hayward six pounds
To the two youngest children of my late daughter Sarah Bowlden the sum of five pounds each

and all the residue of my estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath unto my two daughters Susan Weller and Mary Morris equally to be divided between them
and I direct that if either or both of my said last named two daughters shall die in my lifetime leaving issue such issue shall take his or her or their deceased parents share

and I appoint my friends John Shoobridge and Samuel Beeching Executors of my Will and direct them to retain and allow to each other their necessary expences in executing the same
and lastly I revoke all other Wills at any time heretofore made by me

In Witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand the sixteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty six
