This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Stapley Widow of the Parish of Speldhurst in the County of Kent made this Sixteenth day of November One thousand eight hundred and thirty five

First I desire all such Just Debts as I shall owe at the time of my decease together with my Funeral Expences and expence of Proving this my last Will and Testament be paid out of such property as I die possessed of

All the Rest of my Property I give and bequeath in the manner and form following to be divided in six equal shares or parts that is to say

I give to my brother Richard Young one share or sixth part
to my brother James Young one other share or sixth part
to my Sister Hannah the Wife of George Simmons one other share or sixth part
to William Skinner Son of my brother William Young one other share or sixth part
To my Nephews Robert Young Henry Young & to my Niece Mary Young now the Wife of Henry Catt one other share or sixth part to be equally divided between them
to my Nephews Henry Bardon and Richard Bardon Sons of my Sister Ann Wife of William Bardon one other share or sixth part to be equally divided between them share and share alike

Lastly I do revoke and make void all other Wills heretofore made by me and do hereby constitute nominate and appoint John Turner Shopkeeper of Langton in the Parish of Speldhurst in the County of Kent my sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament
