In the name of God Amen
This eighth day of March Anno Dni 1706/7 and in the Sixth year of the reign of
Queen Anne over England, I James Stewart of the Town and port of Sandwich in the
County of Kent Innholder being sick and weak in body but of sound Memory praise
be God for the same do make and declare this my last Will and Testament in writing
___ Ffirst I yield my Sole into the Hands of Almighty God my Creator with full
assurance and stedfast h___ in my redeemer Christ Jesus to live with him eternally
after this my mortall life shall be ended and my Body I bequeath to the Earth whereof
it was first framed to be decently interred at the discretion of my Executive hereafter
named
and I do hereby nominate and appoint my loving wife Sarah Stewart sole
Executrix of This my last Will and Testament and do hereby give and bequeath unto
her all my personall Estate whatsoever she paying my Debts and ffuneral charges.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal y day and year first above
written James Stewart Signed sealed published and declared in the presents of
Richard Solly.
