In the Name of God Amen I Margaret Stockman of Greenwich in the County of Kent Spinster being in Perfect Health and Memory thanks be to God for the same Do hereby make my last Will and Testament as follows

I herein bequeath my House at Greenwich and Ready Money together with my whole Property to my Brother Mr Wm Stockham during his natural life

And after his decease I bequeath my said House to Miss Mary Bird Daughter of Thos and Mary Bird

and the remainder of my Property after my said Brother William�s death to be equally divided between Mr James Payne and Mrs Mary Bird�s Children after paying my Funeral Expences and Debts arising

Witness my Hand and Seal this twelfth day of Oct 1790 Margaret Stockham Signed and Sealed in the Presence of

15 June 1795 Administration with the Will annexed of the goods and credits of Margaret Stockham formerly of Greenwich but now of Woodborough in the County of Kent to William Stockham the brother and universal legatee
