First I will and bequeath unto my Sister Judith Austen Widow the sum of five Pounds to be Paid her within a Year next after my Decease

Item I give and bequeath unto John Seal Son of my Niece Jane Seal Widow the sum of five Pounds to be also Paid to him within a Year next after my Decease

Lastly I order Appoint and leave my two Nieces Dinah and Hannah Smith Daughters of Jane Smith Widow my joint Heirs and Executrixes to this my last Will and Testament to divide between them the Remainder of my Personal Estate Furniture and whatever else I may be Possessed of equally share and share alike after having first Paid the two legacies above mentioned

And I do hereby revoke and make void all former Wills by me heretofore made and do Publish and Declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto Put my Hand and Seal this tenth day of November one thousand seven hundred and sixty nine Elizabeth X Stoddart her Mark _ Witnesses hereunto
