Item: my soul to almighty God and to Jesus my redeemer and my body to be buried in the church of Seasalter near to my seat where I do sit.
Item: to the poor men�s box of Seasalter 6 shillings and 8 pence immediately after my decease.
Item: to the poor people of Seasalter aforesaid one seam of wheat.
Item: to each of my godchildren one ewe lamb after my decease.

Item: to Richard Collier one ewe and lamb and �10.
Item: to Martin Stokes my brother�s son �10.
Item: to Gregory Brett and Robert Kempe my servants 10 shillings a piece.
Item: To Giles Hedgood of Faversham two seams of oats.
Item: to William Cossin my sisters son 40 shillings at 20.

Item: to George Wake of Herne my brother 20 shillings.
Item: to John Wake my brother 20 shillings.
Item: to Thomas Huitt of Walmer 20 shillings.
Item: to Jane Cossin of Faversham 20 shillings at 15 years of age.

Item: To Margaret my wife 20 ewes and 10 wedders. I give unto her two seams of wheat, one sow and two ....., three seams of oats, eights loads of wood, one dish of pewter, my great brass pot, one cauldron, 3 kettles, 5 candlesticks and 4 pans of .... half of the table next ....., three table clothes, one to be the longest that I have, the second a middle one, the third of the .... sort. Also three chests, the one a new face and with a drawer in it and the other two now standing in the loft next where I lye. Also all the apparel that she have, all her raiments both linen and wool. All the best bedding that I have with all the furniture there to belonging and a bed sheet she brought with her. My best table now standing in the hall.

Item: to Agnes Hunt 10 shillings.
Item: to Margaret Hall 5 shillings.
Item: to Mr Vincent Huff, Vicar 10 shillings.
Item: to my wife 3 score pounds.

Item: to Christopher Stokes of Walmer my brother to be my sole executor and Margaret my wife my overseer.
If my wife should die, to my said child to be delivered if she be with child.

Item: All my lands in Seasalter and Graveney to my wife and my child but if the child should die to Martin Stokes my brother Christopher�s son.
Item: I give my lands in Graveney to Martin Stokes, if he dies without heirs lawfully begotten to Mary Stokes daughter of Christopher and her heirs. If she die without heirs to me rightful kin.
