I give and bequeath unto my honoured mother Priscilla Stone widow the sum of one Hundred Pounds sterling to paid to
her in twelve months next after my decease
Item I give and bequeath unto my brothers and sisters James Stone Nathaniel Stone Hadarezer
Stone John Stone Sarah Stone spinster and Elizabeth Stone spinster the
sum of thirty pounds apiece to be paid to them respectively in twelve
months next after my decease
Item I give and bequeath unto my brother James Stone my Gold Watch
To my said brother Nathaniel Stone all my Hatts and Wigs
And to my said brother John Stone all my wearing apparel of woollen and woollen cloth
to be delivered to them as soon as conveniently may be after my decease
Item all and every my messuages lands tenements and real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever situate
lying and being in the Parishes of Gillingham aforesaid and Chatham in
the said County of Kent or elsewhere in the Kingdom of Great Britain
And also all and every the rest and residue of my ready money securities for
money debts credits household Goods Chattels and Personal Estate
whatsoever and wheresoever which I shall dye seized or possessed of
interested in or in any ways intitled unto (after payment thereout of all
my debts legacies and other incident charges) I give devise and bequeath
unto my loving wife Elizabeth Stone her heirs executors administrators
and assigns for ever
Upon this condition nevertheless that she my said Wife Elizabeth Stone shall and do within one month next after my decease enter into and become bound by bond with sufficient Penalty unto such of them my said Mother Priscilla Stone and my brothers and sisters James Stone Nathaniel Stone Hadarezer Stone John Stone Sarah Stone and Elizabeth Stone as shall be living at the time of my decease with condition that the heirs executors or administrators of my said loving wife Elizabeth Stone shall and will within twelve months next after her decease pay unto such of them my said Mother Priscilla Stone and my brothers and sisters James Stone Nathaniel Stone Hadarezer Stone John Stone Sarah Stone and Elizabeth Stone only who shall be living at the time of the decease of my said wife the sum of one Hundred Pounds Sterling a piece
And in default of my said wife executing such bond then I do hereby charge my real and Personal Estates with the payment thereof in twelve months next after the decease of my said wife Elizabeth Stone
And I do nominate and appoint my said loving Wife Elizabeth Stone sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
