In the Name of God Amen I Jane Stone Widow in the City of Rochester being now perfect well in health and memory Do now make this to be my last Will and Testament and that is to say When it shall please God for me to dye I recommend my soul to God that gave it me And my body to be decently buried
And after my Funeral Expences and other lawfull Debts are paid I give and bequeath all my money and Goods and whatsoever I am possessed of in manner and form following

Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Ann King all my Cloaths and Wearing Apparel
Item I give all my Money and Goods and whatsoever I am possessed of to be equally divided between my four Children Ann King, William Stone, James Stone and John Stone

And I do appoint my friend Mr Richard Parsons House Carpenter belonging to his Majesty�s Yard in Deptford to act and Execute this my last Will and Testament

In Witness hereof I do set my hand and seal Jane Stone May the 13th 1761
in presence of Richard Parsons _ Mary Parsons
