In the Name of God Amen I Humphrey Storer of East Greenwich in the County of Kent Victualler being Sick and Weak of Body but of Perfect and Sound Mind and Memory Praised be God for the same And calling to Mind the uncertain State of this fraile and mortal Life and that all Flesh must Yeild unto death Do therefore make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say
Imp I recommend my soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave it begging forgiveness for all my past Sins through the alone Merits of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ
Item I give my Body to the Earth to be decently Interred by my Executrix hereinafter named

Item I give and bequeath to my belovd Brother Thoms Storer the sum of Twenty Pounds of lawfull money of Great Britain to be paid unto him within one Month after my decease

Item I give and bequeath to my dearly belovd Mother Isabella Reddish during her naturall Life All the Rest and Residue of my Real and Personal Estate Goods and Chattells of what kind soever I shall dye possess�d of Making and ordaining this my last Will and Testament
And also do appoint my dearly belovd Mother Isabella Reddish whole and sole Executrix thereof

Lastly my Will and true Intent is that at the demise of my said my dearly belovd Mother Isabella Reddish all the before mentioned All the Rest and Residue of my Real and Personal Estate Goods and Chattells Bonds Notes and Writings whatsoever shall then and forthwith be and become the Right Just and lawfull Inheritance of my said beloved Brother Thomas Storer and to his Heirs forever

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty sixth day of January in the Twelfth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord King George the second And in the Year of Our Lord God 1738 Humphry Storer his Mark

16 February 1738 grant to Thomas Storer, Isabella Reddish having renounced Execution
