First I give and bequeath unto my Cousin Mary Coverly One clear Annuity or Annual sum of Thirty Pounds to be paid her half Yearly as

Twenty Pounds to be paid her Quarterly
I also give and bequeath to my servant Agnes Haine one clear Annuity or Annual sum of Seventy Pounds to be paid her half Yearly as
Annuities are
I also give and bequeath to my said servant Agnes Haine the sum of Five hundred pounds lawful money of Great Britain
I also give and bequeath to my other servants living with me at the time of my decease Twenty Pounds each
I also give and bequeath to my late Clerk Joseph Bennett the Sum of Two hundred Pounds lawful money etc.
I also give and bequeath to James Dowling now in the East India Company�s Service and Servant to Captn Darby of the Navy One hundred Pounds
I also give and bequeath to the several Charitys or Hospitals of Saint Lukes for Lunaticks and Sir John Fielding�s

I also give and bequeath to my Friend Samuel Smith of London Merchant Five hundred pounds lawful money etc.
I also give and bequeath to my friend Thomas Misener of London Blackwell Hall Factor Five hundred pounds lawful money etc.
I next Charge all my real and personal Estates with the payment of my Debts and of the aforesaid Annuities and Legacies
All the residue and remainder of my real and personal Estates whatsoever and wheresoever I give devise and bequeath unto my Nephew Thomas Langton
And do nominate and appoint Samuel Smith of London Merchant and Thomas Misener of London Blackwell Hall factor
Executors of this my Will and do revoke all former Wills by me at any time made and do declare this to be my only to be my
last Will and Testament Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this eighteenth day of November in the eighth year of
the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred sixty seven
