In the Name of God Amen I James Stredwick of the Parish of Wye in the County of Kent Gent being infirm in body but (god be thanked) of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and Form following And as for that temporall Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me I give devise and dispose of the same as follows

Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my Sister Sarah Sorrall the Sume of Fifty pounds to be paid her within Six months after my decease
Item I give and bequeath unto my Nephew John Buckwell the like Sume of Fifty pounds to be paid him within Six months after my decease

Item I give and devise unto my dear and loving Wife Jane Stredwick and to her Heirs and Assigns for ever All those my Lands and Hereditaments with the Appurtenances to the same belonging lying and being in the Parish of Ruckings in Rumney Marsh in the County of Kent or else where within the same Marsh being in three several Peices or parcels and now in the tenure or Occupation of Mr William Kennett Senr of Wye Court in the said County of Kent To hold the said Lands and Hereditaments to her the said Jane Stredwick my Wife and to her Heirs and Assigns for ever

Item do I give and bequeath unto my said dear and loving Wife Jane Stredwick (after payment of my debts the legacies above mentioned and my Funeral expences) All my Goods Rights Credits and Chattels and all my Personal Estate whatsoever And all my Bonds Mortgages and South Sea Stock Annuities and all money due to me thereon

And I do make constitute and appoint her my said dear Wife Jane Stredwick sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament revoking all former Wills by me any time heretofore made And do Publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament

Lastly I do appoint my Brother in Law Mr Thomas Penny of Bishops Walthem in the County of Southampton Mr Thomas Bennett my Nephew of the Town of Nottingham and the above mentioned Mr William Kennett to be Trustees of this my last Will and Testament desiring them to be aiding and assisting to my Executrix in the Execution thereof
And I do order them or any of them to be paid for any trouble they shall be at about the Execution of the same
