In the Name of God Amen I Ann Street of Eltham in the County of Kent Spinster being but in an Indifferent State of health but of sound memory and Understanding Praised be God for the same And considering the uncertainty of this transitory Life Do make and Ordaine this Present Writing under my hand and Seal to be my last Will and Testament in manner and Form following that is to say
First and Principally I Commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God hoping for Salvation thorough the alone Merits Death and Passion of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and to inheritt Everlasting Life
And my Body I Commit to the Earth to be decently buryed at the discretion of my Dear and Loving Sister Elizabeth Street herein after named
And as touching the Disposition of all such my Temporal Estate which it hath Pleased God of his great goodness to bestow on me I give and dispose thereof as followeth

Imprimis I Will and Order that all my just Debts and Funeral Expences shall be fully paid and Satisfyed as soon as conveniently may be after my decease
Item I give and bequeath unto my loving Nephew William Hewett the One hundred Pounds Bank Stock which is in my name And I do desire that the same may be transferred and assigned to him as soon as conveniently may be after my decease with all the Dividends and Profitts thereby then arising

Item I give and bequeath unto each and every of my Nephews and Nieces Henry Street Robert Street Margaret Waller and Mary Street the sons and Daughter of my late Brother Henry Street of London Packer deceased and to my said Nephew William Hewett and Mary his Sister the Sum of Five Pounds apiece to buy them Mourning

All the rest and residue of my money Bank Stock or other Stock and Annuities Plate Debts Goods in trade Houshold Goods Apparell and Linnen and all other my Personal Estate of what Nature or Kind soever and wheresoever (after my said Debts Legacys and Funeral Expences are fully paid I give and bequeath unto my said Dear Sister Elizabeth Street her Executors Administrators and Assigns to do therewith as she shall think fitt

And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said Sister Elizabeth Street and my said Nephew William Hewett Joynt Executors of this my Will
And I do hereby revoke and make void all former and other Wills and Bequests by me at any time heretofore made and do publish and declare this only to be my last Will and Testamt

In Witness whereof I the said Testatrix Ann Street have to this my last Will sett my hand and Seal this Sixth day of October in the Year of Our Lord One thousand seven hundred and thirty six Ann Street
