Item all and singular other my Lands tenements Herreditaments and Real Estate whatsoever situate lying and being in the Parishes of Staple, Sutton and Ash next Sandwich? or elsewhere in the said County of Kent I Give devise and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my Son William Stringer and to his Heirs and Assigns for ever
Item I give to my wife Mary the sum of ffive pounds of lawfull money of Great Britain
Item I give to my sons Stephen Stringer, Batchelor Stringer and Dillnot Stringer
and to my Daughters Mary Friend, Elizabeth Nokes and my son in Law John
Knatchbull one shilling apeice of like money and my Will is that my Son
Dillnott shall enjoy the Stork and Cropp which I fformaly gave him to his
..... ...... without giving any account for the same to my Executors
I Give to my son Robert Stringer the sum of Fifty pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to him within Six months next after the decease of my said wife Mary if the said Robert shall be then living but in case he shall dye before my said wife the I give the same to my Executor
Item all and singular the rest and residual of my Goods Chattells and personal Estate
whatsoever and wheresoever of what nature Kind or Quality soever after
payment and discharge of my said Legacys ffuneral Charges of probate of my
will and all Incident Charges about the Execution thereof I give and
Bequeath unto my said son William Stringer his Heirs Administrators and
Assigns and I make constitute and Appoint my said son William Stringer full
and sole Executor and Residual Legatee of this Will and Revoking all former
Wills by me made I do make and declare this only for my True and last Will
and Testament contained in this one sheet of paper IN WITNESS whereof I
hereunto set my hand and seal the Eighth day of April Anno Dmi 1730 and in
the Third year of he Reign of King George the Second Over Great Britain

Strionger the Testator for and as his last Will and Testament on the Day of
the Date thereof in the presence of Us who Subscribed our Names as Witnesses
in his presence and at his Request
