Item I will and bequeath unto William Stroode my brother the Some of Tenn pounds of good and lawfull money of England to bee paid unto the said William by my Executrix hereafter to bee named within one halfe yeare next after my decease
Item I will and bequeath unto Mary my loving wife all my moveable goods, money, plate, household stuffe and Chattell paying my legacies and bearing my funerall expences, whom I make sole executrix of this my last will and testament
Item I intreate my loving friend Thomas Turrell of the Parish of Lyming[e] to bee Overseer of this my last will and Testament desiring him to bee Assistant unto my said executrix in consideracon whereof I will and bequeath unto the said Thomas Turrell the sume of three pounds of good and lawfull mony of England to bee paid unto him the said Thomas within one yeare next after my decease
In Witnes whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale the day and yeare first abovewritten
Item before the publishing hereof I will and bequeath unto my Cosin Mary Stroode widdow the Sume of Twenty shillings to bee paid
unto her within one month next after my decease
