To ELIZABETH FILMER my daughter in law (i.e. step-daughter) �6 per annum out of my houses and lands in Ulcombe, Harrietsham and Bromfield, and to her the free use of my chamber over the kitchen wherein she now liveth, and the closet within the chamber, and the little room behind the chamber door, and to make use of the kitchen to wash, bake etc. Also the use of the bedstead wherein she now lieth, the bed, two bolsters, two pillows, three pairs of sheets, two pillow coats, three blankets and one covering, the cord and mat, curtains, vallence, and all belonging, two window curtains, a join press to hang clothes in, a pair of brandiron, a trundle bedstead, all in the same chamber over the kitchen.
To my kinsman WALTER BIGG that liveth with me �5 per annum.
To ANN BATTUM, my kinswoman and her heirs �110 which I lent her husband, THOMAS
BATTUM. If she has no children, after her decease �60 thereof to her to sisters MARY ABDIE �30
and ALICE STRONGHILL �30. Also the same MARY and ALICE �20.
To Kinsmen, EDWARD, CHRISTOPHER and RICHARD BIGG �5 each
To BENJAMIN FIRMINGER's three children which he had by my kinswoman ALICE BIGG 40/- each.
