Unto Elizabeth Reignolds my now wifes sisters daughter £5 at her day of marriage
Unto William Coltman s/o Henry Coltman of Sandwich £5 when 21y
Unto my brother Samuel Strowd £10 one year after my death
The residue of all my goods etc unto my loving wife Anne Strowd, whome I make my sole executrix
Disposition of lands tenements & heridits: 1st I give unto my said wife Anne my messuage wherein I now dwell together with the malthouse & appurts lying in the Parish of St Mary the Virgin Sandwich & and all those parcels of Marsh or Arable land lying in the parish of S???den in The Down?? of ca.20 acres, now in the tenure or occupation of Lawrence Gran?t and [blank] Wood during the term of her natural life & after her death, I give the same to my son Richard Strowd & his heirs forever
