This is the last Will and Testament of me Nathaniel Stronghill of Chatham in the County of Kent Plumber & Glazier made published & declared this Eighth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & one in manner & form following that is to say

I give & bequeath unto Thomas Martin of Chatham aforesaid Victualler & Thomas Johnson of the Parish of Saint Nicholas within the City of Rochester in the said County of Kent Gardner the sum of one hundred pounds five pounds per Cent Bank Annuities now standing in my Name in the Books of the Governor & Company of the Bank of England Upon Trust that they the said Thomas Martin & Thomas Johnson & the survivor of them & the Exors or Admors of such Survivor do and shall continue the same at Interest & pay apply & dispose of the Interest Dividends & Proceeds from time to time arising & Accruing therefrom when & as the same shall become due & payable unto my Father Barzillai Stronghill of Chatham aforesaid Plumber & Glazier for & during the term of his natural life

And from & immediately after his decease upon further Trust that they the said Thomas Martin & Thomas Johnson & the Survivor of them or the Exors and Admors of such Survivor do & shall pay apply assign transfer & dispose of the said one hundred pounds five pounds per Cent Bank Annuities & every part thereof unto
my Brother Samuel Stronghill of the Parish of Frindsbury in the said County of Kent Gardner
& my Sisters Ann the Wife of William Winshurst of the City of Canterbury Coachmaker
Rebecca the Wife of James Young of Chatham aforesaid Mariner
& Sophia Stronghill of Chatham aforesaid Spinster

in equal parts shares & Proportions share & share alike & to their several & respective Exors and Admors

All & every my ready monies & securities for money Specialities Bonds Bills Notes Debts & all & every the rest residue & remainder of my Estate & Effects whatsoever & wheresoever & of what nature kind or quality soever which I shall be possessed of interested in or intitled unto at the time of my decease I give & bequeath the same & every part thereof unto the said Thomas Martin & Thomas Johnson their Exors & Admors Upon Trust that they the said Thomas Martin & Thomas Johnson & the Survivor of them & the Exors & Admors of such Survivor do & shall as soon as conveniently may be after my decease collect get in & receive the same converting such Parts thereof into money as shall not consist of money

& from & after first paying & discharging all my just Debts Funeral Expences & the Charges & Expences incident & attending the Proving & execution of this my Will Pay apply Assign transfer & dispose of the same & every part thereof unto the said Samuel Stronghill Ann the Wife of William Winshurst Rebecca the Wife of the said James Young & the said Sophia Stronghill in equal Parts shares & Proportions share & share alike & to their several & respective Exors Admors & Assigns to & for their own use & benefit absolutely

And also I do hereby make ordain nominate constitute & appoint the said Thomas Martin & Thomas Johnson joint Executors of this my Will & hereby revoking & making void all former & other Will & Wills by me at any time heretofore made I declare this only to be my last Will & Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Nathaniel Stronghill the Testator have to this my Will contained in two Sheets of Paper subscribed my hand & set my seal in manner following that is to say to the bottom of the first sheet thereof I have set my hand by subscribing the same with my name & to this second & last sheet thereof I have signed & subscribed my name & set my seal the day & year first above written Nathl Stronghill
