First I give & devise all my Messuages, Lands, Tenements, Heredit[ament]s & Real Estate whatsoever whether in possession reversion or remainder unto my loving Wife Catherine Stroud & to her Heirs and Assigns for ever
Also I give & bequeath all my Household Goods, Household Furniture, Plate, Linen, China, Sum & Sums of Money & all other my Personal Estate whatsoever belonging to me at my decease (after all my just Debts, Funeral Expences & the Charge of Proving this m Will are first thereout paid & discharged) unto my said Wife Catherine Stroud and her Ex[ecut]ors & Assigns
And lastly I do appoint my said Wife Catherine Stroud sole Executrix of this my Will, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made
In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Stroud the Testator have to this my Will (in one sheet of Paper
contained) set my hand & Seal the seventh day of December in the Year of our Lord One thousand
Seven hundred & Ninety one & in the thirty second Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the Third by the Grace of God of Great Britain, France and Ireland, King, Defender of the faith & so forth

Proved at London 10th January 1814 before the Judge by the Oath of Catherine Stroud Widow the Relict & sole Executrix to whom Adm[inistrati]on was granted, she being sworn (by Com[missi]on) duly to Administer. Ex'd.
