And as to all such Lands and Tenements, Goods and Chattels, monies and securities for money and other Estate and Effects as well real as personal as it may please God to bless me with or whereto I may be entitled at the time of my decease, whether in possession, reversion remainder or expectancy I give, devise and bequeath the same and every part thereof (subject to the payment of my said debts and my funeral and testamentary expences) unto my Wife Rachael Stroud to and for her own sole and absolute use and benefit
And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife sole Executrix of this my last Will hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills by me at any time or times heretofore made And I do declare this and none other to be and contain my whole last Will and Testament

seal this thirteenth day of February one thousand eight hundred and twenty eight
