First I desire to be decently interred at the discretion of my brother Mr. Henry Bear whom I nominate and appoint Executor hereof
Secondly I do hereby give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Ann Wardlow the whole of my wearing apparel
Thirdly I do direct that my said executor Henry Bear do and shall as soon as conveniently may be
collect and get in all rents and monies due to me and if necessary sell and dispose of all my household
goods & furniture and other my personal property and effects
And by and with the monies to be received and obtained thereby do and shall in the first place pay
and discharge all my just debts, funeral and other incidental expences and after satisfaction thereof
stand possessed of all the rest and Residue of such monies, my rent money and other my personal estate and effects
Upon Trust To pay and divide the same unto & among my surviving children in and by equal parts shares and proportions
And hereby revoking all former Wills by me made do declare this only to be and contain my last will and testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this nineteenth day of August in the year one thousand eight hundred and forty
