Memorandum that the eighteenth daie of February Anno Dm Stilo Anglie 1624
Thomas Stubbersfield of Hadlow in the County of Kent yeoman beinge of perfect minde and memory & wth an intent to settle his estate did make & declare his last will and testament nuncupative in manner and forme following or used words to the same effect vizt.

my will and mind is that my brother Richard Bishop of Battell & Elizabeth his wife my sister shall have the disposition of all my goods & estate duringe the minority of my Children and that the said Richard Bishop and Elizabeth his wife should have the governmt duringe theire minority & then to paye them theire portions out of my estate & that my sonne Henry Stubbersfield shall have a better portion than my two Daughters
