In dei none Amen In the yere of our Lord God [1534] And the xxvi [26th] day of September
I Philipp Studd of the p[ar]yshe of Harbaldowne hole of mynde and syke of bodye (Thanks be to Almyghty God) make an ordeyne this my last Wyll as hereaftr foloweth
In primis I bequeithe my soule unto almyghty God my Redemer and maker & born blessede ladye Saynte Marye And to all the saynts yn hevyn and my bodie to be buryed yn the Churchyard of Saynt Myhell of Harbaldowne

Item I bequeithe to the high aultr [altar] ther[e] for my tithes neclygently forgotten iiid
Item to the rode [rood] light iiijd
Item I wyll that my sone Richard Studd do paye unto Elzabethe my Wyfe xxxiijs the whiche is due to be payed at Saynt Mychells day next comyng

Item I wyll that my Sone Willm Studd shalhave when he comyth to the Age of xxiiij years of age 1m? Acres of land called Wadland, lyeng yn the pyshe of Herne or else vijl [£7] of lawfull money of England
Item I bequethe to the forsaid Willm Studd a Bedd, A Covrlett, a payre of shets, and a payre of blanketts, the whiche stuffe or goods lyeth at my house at Herne

Item I geve to my sone Richard Studd my house and the Rest of my lands that I have not bequeithed yn the pishe of Herne, Soo that the said Richard paye yerely to Elzabethe my wyfe as long as she leveth xiijs iiijd [13s 4d]
Item I will that my Sonne Richard shalhave the Rest of my goods that is with hym at Herne

Item I Wyll that aft[e]r the De[a]the of my Sonnes Richard Studd and Willm Studd, that my Daughters Johane, Agnes and Sare shalhave my howse and lands equally Devyded betwene thaym

The Rest of my goods that I have not bequeithed I give and bequeithe to Elizabethe my wyff Whome I make my Sole executrice, She to doo for my Soule and all xpen [Christian] soules as she thynketh best
