In the name of God Amen the nynthe daye of Aprill in the yeare of oure Lord God 1.5.6.8 and in the tenthe yeare of the reign of o[u]r Sovereigne Ladye Elizabethe, by the grace of God, Quene of Ingland, Fraunce and Ireland, Defender of the faythe etc.
I Anthonye Stud of the parrishe of Hearne in the countey of Kent beinge hole of minde and in goode memorye, Lauded be God, make and ordayne this my present testament contaying therein my laste will, in manner and forme followinge
First I bequeathe my sowle unto Allmightie God and my bodie to by buried in the churche yarde of Hearne aforesayde

Item I bequeathe to my Sister Jone my howses and seven acres of Land, one close called Bennets crofte, Bing feelde; and an other close, one the Soughte [South?] Syde of Byn fielde in fee simple
All the rest of my landes I geve to my brother William Paramoore and my sister Marye Paramore in fee simple equally to be devided betweene them

And I will owte of my landes twentie shillings to be spent at my buriall, yt is, my brother William vjs viijd; my sister Marie vjs viijd; and my sister Jone vjs viijd
Item I geve to the poore w[hi]ch is in parrishe of Hearne seven shillings wch is in the hand of John Alen of Swathe
Item I geve to my Sister Marie Paramore my chest
Item I geve to mother Carter, widowe one lambe to be delivered Imediatlye after my deceas(e)
Item I geve unto my brother William Paramore and my Sister Marie Paramoore, fower sheepe betweene them to be delivered imediatlye after my decease
All my beste apparrell I geve unto Richard Godfrie

I make and ordayne Robert Sprye of Minster in Thanet my faythefull executor of this my laste will and testament
and my father George Paramore Overseer

Item Wheare I have let to my father George Paramoore my land to occupie u[n]till Michelmas come twelve monethes and he to paye me thre pownds of lawefull Inglishe monye for the same I will the same thre powndes to be geven to my Sister Joane of Thanet and she to discharge the Lorde of the fee

These being my witnesses: Frances Tomson; John Elnor; Nicholas Saynt with other moe [men?]
